Spicy BBQ'd Wings

Simple yet tasty marinade – combined with cooked-to-perfection, juicy chicken. YUM!

Spicy BBQ’d Wings

Serves: approx 4
Prep & Cooking Time: approx 30 minutes

Ingredients:
450g fresh or fully defrosted chicken wings
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dhaniya (ground coriander)
1 tsp jeera (ground cumin)
½ tsp haldi
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp Paprika
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp yoghurt
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Preparation:

Score the fleshier parts of the wings.

Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Cover and leave to marinade for at least five minutes in a cool place.

When BBQ is ready, cook until tender (approx 7-10 minutes on each side). Cooking time will be determined by temperature of burning coal and height of rack.

If it's too cold have a BBQ, simply cook the wings in a tray of foil in the oven at 400F for approximately 15 minutes (turning over halfway) or grill them in one of those handy machines you can get!

Enjoy your Spicy BBQ’d Wings on their own, with salad or chips!
