It was inevitable really...Dad has been running restaurants since before my birth (that's over thirty five years ago) and Mum has been busy keeping our family well nourished!

With Bangladeshi roots - Sylheti to be exact - my palate is naturally biased to spicy food. I hope you enjoy my take on the dishes I've created or adapted...
